Abstract
U ovom radu analizirana je tehnologija proizvodnje suncokreta na OPG-u „Vjekoslav Šmider“ u 2019. godini. Usjev suncokreta je iznosio 3,2 t/ha, apsolutna težina zrna je iznosila 85 g, a uljnost je bila 48 %. Ova godina je bila izuzetno povoljna za uzgoj suncokreta. Uzmemo li u obzir da je zbog kišnog razdoblja u travnju sjetva bila pomaknuta za par dana, to nije negativno utjecalo na početni rast i razvoj suncokreta. Svibanj bilježi suficit oborina od 89,4 mm od višegodišnjeg prosjeka. Ta velika količina oborina nije negativno utjecala na suncokret jer je bila raspoređena tijekom cijelog mjeseca. Manje količine oborina smo imali u srpnju no to se nije odrazilo na suncokret jer je od prijašnjih mjeseci imao dovoljno vlage za kvalitetno sazrijevanje. U kolovozu je pala prosječna količina oborina koja nije ništa značila jer je suncokret bio u fazi sazrijevanja i nalijevanja zrna.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the technology of sunflower production on the family farm "Vjekoslav Šmider" in 2019 is analyzed. The sunflower crop was 3.2 t/ha, the absolute grain weight was 85 g, and the oil content was 48 %. This year was extremely favorable for sunflower cultivation. If we take into account that due to the rainy period in April sowing was postponed by a few days, this did not negatively affect the initial growth and development of sunflower. May recorded a surplus of precipitation of 89.4 mm from the multi-year average. This large amount of precipitation did not negatively affect the sunflower as it was distributed throughout the month. We had smaller amounts of precipitation in July, but this did not affect the sunflower because it had enough moisture from previous months for quality ripening. In August, the average amount of precipitation fell, which meant nothing because the sunflower was in the phase of ripening and pouring the grain.
