Abstract
Cilj je ovoga rada utvrditi fungistatični učinak eteričnih ulja ružmarina, lavande i timijana na osam vrsta iz kompleksa Diaporthe/Phomopsis. Ulja su primjenjena u količinama 5, 15, 25 i 50 µl. Temeljem rezultata provedenih istraživanja može se zaključiti da eterično ulje timijana ima najjače antifungalno djelovanje na ispitivane gljive. Najslabije djelovanje imalo je ulje ružmarina.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the fungistatic effect of rosemary, lavender and thyme essential oils on eight species from the Diaporthe / Phomopsis complex. The oils were applied in amounts of 5, 15, 25 and 50 µl. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that thyme essential oil has the strongest antifungal effect on the examined fungi. Rosemary oil had the weakest effect.
