Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj 12 eteričnih ulja (bora, klinčića, eukaliptusa, lavande, slatke naranče, kore cimeta, timijana, čajevca, citronele, ružmarina, anisa i čempresa) na 3 izolata Colletotrichum sp.Ulja su primijenjena u količinama 5 μl ,15 μl i 25 μl. Statistički najznačajniji negativni utjecaj na porast micelija imalo je eterično ulje timijana dok je najslabiji učinak utvrđen za ulje ružmarina.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of 12 essential oils (pine, clove, eucalyptus, lavender, sweet orange, cinnamon bark, thyme, tea tree, citronella, rosemary, star anise, cypress) on 3 fungal isolates of Colletotrichum sp. Different concentrations of essential oils 5 μl, 15 μl and 25 μl were applied. The statistically most significant inhibitory effect on the growth of mycelium had thyme essential oils while the weakest effect was found for rosemary.
