Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je opisati govedarsku proizvodnju, pasmine goveda, razinu proizvodnje mlijeka i mesa te sustave proizvodnje na području Osječko-baranjske županije. Prilikom izrade rada korištene su metode uvida u znanstvenu i stručnu literaturu te godišnja izvješća resorne agencije. Republika Hrvatska je u padu sa brojem krava i stada, što je odraženo i na području Osječko-baranjske županije. Brojno stanje krava 2016. godine bilo je 24.528, a 2019. godine taj broj je smanjen na 22.532 krave. Proizvodnja mlijeka je svake godine veća i to zahvaljujući selekciji nad govedima pa je tako 2016. godine na području Osječko-baranjske županije proizvedeno 8.233 kg mlijeka, a 2019. godine 8.348 kg mlijeka. Što se tiče tova, neto dnevni prirast je u razdoblju od 4 godine u porastu, 2016. godine iznosio je 549 grama, a 2019. godine 575 grama.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this final work was to describe cattle breeding, cattle breeds, milk and meat production levels, production systems in the Osijek-Baranja Country area. During writing this work were used methodes of insights into the scientific and professional literature and the annual reports of the resourcing agency. Republic of Croatia is declining with the number of cows and herds, that is reflected in the Osijek-Baranja Country area.The number of cows in this area in 2016 was 24,528 and in 2019 that number was reduced to 22,532 cows. Milk production is higher every year thanks to selection of cattle, so in 2016. in the Osijek-Baranja Country was produced 8,233 kg of milk and in 2019. 8,348 kg of milk. As far as it concerned fattening, net daily gains have been increasing over a period of 4 years. In 2016 it was 549 grams and in 2019 it was 575 grams.
