Abstract
Fitopatogene bakterije uzrokuju velike štete u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. Rezistentnost uzročnika bolesti na zaštitna sredstva te toksičan učinak istih, ukazuje na potrebu za novim učinkovitijim sredstvima bez utjecaja na okoliš. Derivati kinazolinona imaju niz bioloških aktivnih djelovanja poput antibakterijskog, antiviralnog, antifungalnog kao i drugih farmakoloških djelovanja. Cilj istraživanja je bio utvrditi djelotvornost osam derivata kinazolinona na rast fitopatogene bakterije Pseudomonas syringae. Rezultati istraživanja nisu pokazali inhibitorno djelovanje ispitanih derivata u in vitro uvjetima. Potrebna su daljnja istraživanja u pronalasku učinkovitijih derivata kinazolinona antibakterijskog djelovanja kao potencijalnih novih sredstava za zaštitu bilja.
Abstract (english)
Phytopathogenic bacteria cause great damage in agricultural production. Resistance of pathogens to protective agents and their toxic effect indicates the need for new and more effective means without affecting the environment. Quinazolinone derivatives have a number of biologically active effects such as antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and other pharmacological effects. The aim of the study was to determine the efficacy of eight quinazolinone derivatives on the growth of the phytopathogenic bacterium Pseudomonas syringae. The results of the study did not show the inhibitory effect of the tested derivatives in vitro. Further research is needed to find more effective quinazolinone derivatives with antibacterial activity as potential new plant protection products.
