Abstract
Poljoprivreda osim što opskrbljuje ljude hranom nudi im mogućnost ostvarenja dodatne zarade. Iz toga razloga osnovana su poljoprivredna gospodarstva od kojih se ističe samoopskrbno poljoprivredno gospodarstvo. Ovaj rad nastoji prikazati organizaciju samoopskrbnog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva u Hrvatskoj uz dodatno objašnjen postupak upisa nositelja u Upisnik. U djelu rada prikaz je izračun ekonomske veličine jednog izabranog SOPG-a koristeći FADN kalkulator. Grafički su prikazani rezultati samoopskrbnih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava prema spolu, dobi i obrazovanju nositelja po županijama. Opisana je razlika pojma obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva i samoopskrbnog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva, čija je razlika iskazana u ekonomskoj veličini manjoj ili većoj od 3.000 eura, te su obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstava svoju proizvodnju usmjerili ka tržištu. Nadalje, grafički je prikazano smanjenje broja nositelja obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava i povećanje samoopskrbnih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u razdoblju od tri godine. Cilj rada je istražiti brojčano stanje samoopskrbnih i obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Republici Hrvatskoj od 2019. do 2021. godine i usporediti dobivene podatke između navedenih skupina te prikazati distribuciju SOPG-a po županijama prema glavnim socioekonomskim obilježjima.
Abstract (english)
Apart from supplying people with food, agriculture offers them the possibility of earning additional income. For this reason, agricultural farms were established, of which the self-sufficient agricultural farm stands out. This paper aims to show the organization of a self-sufficient agricultural economy in Croatia, with an additional explanation of the procedure for registering the holder in the Register. The part of the paper shows the calculation of the economic size of one selected SOPG using the FADN calculator. The results of self-sufficient agricultural farms according to the gender, age and education of the owner by county are shown graphically. The difference between the concept of a family farm and a self-sufficient farm is described, whose difference is expressed in the economic size of less or more than 3,000 euros, and family farms direct their production to the market. Furthermore, the decrease in the number of owners of family farms and the increase in self-sufficient farms over a period of three years is shown graphically. The aim of the work is to investigate the numerical situation of self-sufficient and family farms in the Republic of Croatia from 2019 to 2021 and to compare the obtained data between the above groups and to show the distribution of SOPG by county according to the main socioeconomic characteristics.
