Abstract
Uzročnik zlatne žutice je fitopatogena bakterija Flavescence doree fitoplazma. U Europi se ubraja u karantenske patogene, a rasprostranjuje se cikadom Scaphoideus titanus Ball. Zlatna žutica vinove loze uzrokuje smanjenje prinosa i kvalitetu grožđa, te na kraju dovodi do potpunog propadanja vinove loze. Istraživanje je provedeno u 2020. godini na području grada Iloka. Praćenje se vršilo vizualnim pregledima listova i postavljanjem žutih ljepljivih ploča, s ciljem praćenja prisutnosti američkog cvrčka. U 23 vinograda na različitim lokacijama postavljane su žute ljepljive ploče u vremenskom razdoblju od sredine lipnja do kraja kolovoza. U svaki od istraživanih vinograda postavljeno je po pet žutih ploča koje su mijenjane svakih 14 dana. Prve odrasle jedinke američkog cvrčka utvrđene su u drugoj plovovini srpnja. Najveća brojnost zabilježena je u prvoj polovici kolovoza u vinogradu „Božino brdo“ kada je prosječno po jednoj žutoj ljepljivoj ploči zabilježeno 199 jedinki američkog cvrčka. Rezultati su potvrdili prisutnost američkog cvrčka u svim istraživanim vinogradima, a njihov broj je znatno oscilirao.
Abstract (english)
Flavescence dorée desease is considered as a quarantine pathogen and is spread by the cicada Scaphoideus titanus Ball. Flavescence dorée causes a decrease in the yield and quality of grapes, and eventually leads to a complete vine decay. The research was conducted in 2020 in the town of Ilok area. Monitoring was performed by visual inspection of the leaves and the placement of yellow sticky plates, with the aim of tracking the presence of the American grapevine leafhopper. The yellow plates were placed in 23 vineyards in various locations in the period from midle of June to the end of August. Each of the monitored vineyards had five yellow plates placed and changed every 14 days. The first adult American grapevine leafhoppers were identified in second part of July. The highest number was recorded in the firs part of August in the vineyard “Božino brdo” with an average of 199 vectors were recorded per one yellow plate. The results confirmed the presence of the American grapevine leafhopper in all the monitored vineyards, and their numbers fluctuated considerably.
