Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je Značaj zelenih tržnica za održivost malih lokalnih proizvođača. „Zelene” tržnice predstavljaju važan segment razvoja lokalnih tržišta hrane i oblika direktne prodaje poljoprivrednih proizvoda bez posrednika. U radu se istražuju različiti oblici neposredne prodaje te stavovi ispitanika o zelenim tržnicama na području Vukovarsko-srijemske i Osječko-baranjske županije. Prodajna mjesta temeljena na direktnim vezama između proizvođača i potrošača predstavljaju očiglednu suprotnost velikim, industrijaliziranim sustavima proizvodnje i distribucije hrane. Cilj istraživanja je uvidjeti može li prodaja na tržnicama pridonijeti održivosti malih lokalnih proizvođača.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the thesis is the significance of the green market for the sustainability of small local producers. "Green" markets represent an important segment of the development of local food markets and a form of direct sale of agricultural products without intermediaries. The paper investigates different forms of direct sales and respondents' attitudes about green markets in the Vukovar-Srijem and Osijek-Baranja counties. Outlets based on direct links between producers and consumers represent an obvious contrast to large, industrialized systems of food production and distribution. The goal of the research is to find out whether sales at markets contribute to the sustainability of small local producers.
