Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je definirati i opisati troškove životnog ciklusa proizvodnje meda prema uobičajnim fazama od ideje do realizacije na tržištu. Svaka faza životnog ciklusa je drugačija te proizvodi iziskuju različite troškove. Praćenje i analiza troškova proizvoda omogućuje proizvođačima kontrolirano naručivanje dobara potrebnih za proizvodnju proizvoda te olakšava donošenje poslovnih odluka o potencijalnim dobavljačima i o potrebnim količinama proizvoda koji će se proizvoditi u pojedinoj fazi životnog ciklusa proizvoda. Faze životnog ciklusa su uvođenje, rast, zrelost i odumiranje. Uvođenje predstavlja ulaganje troškova u proizvodnju meda, zatim u fazi rasta odnosno procesu proizvodnje nastaju varijabilni troškovi. Faza zrelosti označava da je med prihvaćen na tržištu te dolazi do zasićenja kada proizvod doseže svoj maksimum. Odumiranje je posljednja faza koja predstavlja preinake u proizvodnji meda, što se odnosi na zamjenu košnica ili pojave bolesti. U izradi rada korištena je znanstvena i stručna literatura te internetski izvori.
Abstract (english)
The goal of the final paper is to define and describe the costs of the life cycle of honey production according to the usual stages from idea to realization on the market. Each stage of the life cycle is different and products require different costs. Monitoring and analysis of product costs enables manufacturers to order goods needed for product production in a controlled manner and facilitates business decisions regarding potential suppliers and the required quantities of products to be produced in a particular phase of the product's life cycle. The stages of the life cycle are introduction, growth, maturity and die-off. The introduction represents the investment of costs in the production of honey, then in the growth phase, that is, the production process, variable costs arise. The maturity stage indicates that the honey is accepted on the market and saturation occurs when the product reaches its maximum. Die-off is the last stage that represents changes in honey production, which refers to the replacement of hives or the appearance of diseases. Scientific and professional literature and Internet sources were used in the preparation of the paper.
