Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja je ispitati varijabilnost genotipova pšenice na temelju ukupnih i in vitro bioraspoloživih koncentracija K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn i Se u soku pšenične trave. Zatim, ispitivao se utjecaj biofortifikacije Zn i Se i utjecaj različitih termina žetve na ukupne in vitro bioraspoložive koncentracije K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn i Se u soku i prahu pšenične trave izabranih genotipova. Preliminarnim istraživanjem ispitana je genetska varijabilnost s obzirom na ukupne i in vitro bioraspoložive koncentracije K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn i Se na ukupno 98 sorti i 5 divljih srodnika, na temelju čega je izabrano 10 genotipova pšenice za poljski pokus u kojem su tijekom vegetacijskog uzgoja bili izloženi folijarnoj aplikaciji Zn i Se, a iz biofortificiranog zrna uzgajala se pšenična trava za daljnji tijek istraživanja. Provedenim istraživanjem utvrđena je velika varijabilnost između ispitivanih genotipova s obzirom na ukupne i in vitro bioraspoložive koncentracije ispitivanih elemenata. Analizom varijance utvrđeno je da primjenjena biofortifikacija Zn i Se ima statistički značajan utjecaj (p < 0,001) na ukupne koncentracije K, Mn, Fe, Zn i Se i in vitro bioraspoložive koncentracije Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn i Se u soku te na ukupne koncentracije K, Mn, Zn i Se i in vitro bioraspoložive koncentracije Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn i Se u prahu pšenične trave. Statistički značajan utjecaj (p < 0,001) na ukupne koncentracije Ca, Mg, K, Mn, Fe, Zn i Se i in vitro bioraspoložive koncentracije Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe i Zn u soku pšenične trave utvrđen je i kod različitog termina žetve. Provedenim istraživanjem utvrđena je veća in vitro bioraspoloživost svih ispitanih elemenata u soku u odnosu na prah pšenične trave, no treba napomenuti kako je veća koncentracija elemenata u prahu nego u soku pšenične trave.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this research is to examine the variability of wheat genotypes based on total and in vitro bioavailable concentrations of K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Se in wheatgrass juice. In addition, the influence of biofortification of Zn and Se and the influence of different harvest dates on the total in vitro bioavailable concentrations of K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Se in juice and powder of wheatgrass of selected genotypes were examined. The preliminary research examined the genetic variability with regard to the total and in vitro bioavailable concentrations of K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Se in a total of 98 varieties and 5 wild relatives, on the basis of which 10 wheat genotypes were chosen for the field experiment in which were exposed to foliar application of Zn and Se during vegetation cultivation, and wheatgrass was grown from the biofortified grain for further research. The conducted research revealed great variability between the tested genotypes with regard to the total and in vitro bioavailable concentrations of the tested elements. Analysis of variance revealed that the applied biofortification has a statistically significant effect (p < 0.001) on the total concentrations of K, Mn, Fe, Zn and Se and in vitro bioavailable concentrations of Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Se in the juice and on total concentrations of K, Mn, Zn and Se and in vitro bioavailable concentrations of Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Se in wheatgrass powder. A statistically significant influence (p < 0.001) on the total concentrations of Ca, Mg, K, Mn, Fe, Zn and Se and in vitro bioavailable concentrations of Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe and Zn in wheatgrass juice was also determined at different harvest dates. It was determined higher in vitro bioavailability of all tested elements in the juice compared to the wheatgrass powder.
