Abstract
Na pojavu bolesti u biljnoj proizvodnji koja se odvija pod otvorenim nebom veliki utjecaj imaju klimatski čimbenici (oborine, relativna vlaga zraka i temperatura) te tehnologija uzgoja koja se provodi na određenom području (plodored, obrada tla, sjetva, njega usjeva itd.). Cilj ovoga istraživanja je bio utvrditi pojavu bolesti u vegetacijskoj godini 2012./2013. i 2013./2014. na uljanoj repici na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu „Romac“ na lokaciji Koritna. Utvrđivanje pojave bolesti obavljeno je pregledom biljaka na polju i pregledom uzoraka zrna u laboratoriju. U vegetacijskoj godini 2012./2013. na listu uljane repice utvrđena je pojava bolesti Phoma lingam, na stabljici Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Od patogenih gljiva na zrnu uljane repice stavljenom u vlažne uvjete utvrđena je prisutnost Alternaria spp. i Cladosporium spp.. Na zrnu na PDA hranjivoj podlozi utvrđena su osim prethodno navedenih vrsta još Sclerotinia sclerotiorum i Phoma lingam. Na komuškama su utvrđene 2 vrste Alternaria spp. one su se pojavile u velikom intenzitetu i došlo je do prijevremene zriobe, pucanja komuški i rasipanja zrna. U vegetacijskoj godini 2013./2014. u proljeće je utvrđeno prsustvo Phoma lingam i Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, ali u slabom intenzitetu. Nakon žetve uzeli su se uzorci zrna na kojima je provedena zdravstvena analiza i utvrđene su gljive iz roda Alternaria spp.i Penicillium spp. Bolesti su se u ovoj vegetacijskoj godini javile u manjem intenzitetu nego prethode godine i nisu značajno utjecali na prinos.
Abstract (english)
Climatic factors (precipitation, relative humidity and temperature) and production practices that are implemented in a particular area (crop rotation, tillage, seeding, crop protection, etc.) have a great impact on disease incidence in agriculture. The aim of this study was to determine the diseases incidence on the oilseed rape in 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 vegetation seasons on the family farm Romac on location Koritna. The disease incidence was determined by plant examination in the field and by analyzing grain samples in laboratory. In 2012/2013 vegetation season the presence of Phoma lingam was determined on the oilseed rape leaf and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on the stem. The presence of Alternaria spp. and Cladosporium spp. was recorded on the oilseed rape grain placed under moist conditions. On grain grown on PDA nutrition media Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Phoma lingam were also determined. There were two species of Alternaria spp. identified on the pods. They appeared in great intensity and caused an early maturity, pods bursting and wastage of grain. In the spring of 2013/2014 Phoma lingam and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum appeared, but in low intensity. Grain samples were taken after the harvest and health analysis was conducted. The presence of Alternaria spp. and Penicillium spp. was determined. The intensity of diseases occurrence in this vegetation year was lower than the preceding year and did not significantly affect the yield.
