Abstract
Gnojovka je izvrsna sirovinska podloga za anaerobnu digestiju, no zbog relativno niskog prinosa metana ne osigurava ekonomsku održivost te se ispituje kodigestija sa žetvenim ostatcima, što rezultira povećanom stabilnošću procesa i većom proizvodnjom. Za istraživanje proizvodnje bioplina koristile su se 2 skupine uzorka, svježa goveđa gnojovka i smjesa svježe goveđe gnojovke (95% ukupne biomase) i otpadne biomase nakon prosijavanje soje (5% ukupne biomase). Pokus se izveo u tri ponavljanja svake grupe, anaerobnom fermentacijom pri termofilnim uvjetima (55˚C) tijekom retencijskog razdoblja od 28 dana. Prosječna suha tvar u uzorku kontrolne skupine prije fermentacije ima 5,35 % ST, dok nakon fermentacije ima 2,88% ST. U eksperimentalnoj skupini, prije fermentacije, vrijednost suhe tvari je 13,13% te nakon fermentacije, vrijednost se smanjuje na 8,89%. U istraživanju obje skupine prije fermentacije imaju blago kiseli pH, dok nakon fermentacije je lužnato. Prosječna proizvodnja bioplina kontrolne grupe je 4.906,67 ml, dok eksperimentalne grupe iznosi 17.506,67 ml. Proizvodnja plina kontrolne grupe po 1 ml, iznosi 29,44 ml plina, dok eksperimentalna proizvede 105,04 ml plina po 1 gramu supstrata. Značajna razlika od 71,97 % u korist eksperimentalne grupe je pokazatelj koliko otpadna biomasa iz prosijavanja soje obogaćuje goveđu gnojovku i doprinosi u procesu proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
The slurry is an excellent raw material for anaerobic digestion. Still, due to the relatively low methane yield, it does not ensure economic sustainability, and co-digestion with harvest residues is being tested, which results in increased process stability and higher production. For research on biogas production, 2 sample groups were used, fresh cattle manure and a mixture of fresh cow manure (95% of the total biomass) and waste biomass after soybean screening (5% of the total biomass). The experiment was performed in three repetitions of each group, by anaerobic fermentation at thermophilic conditions (55˚C) during a retention period of 28 days. The average dry matter in the sample of the control group before fermentation has 5.35% ST, while after fermentation it has 2.88% ST. In the experimental group, the value of dry matter is 13.13% before fermentation, and after fermentation, the value decreases to 8.89%. In the research, both groups have a slightly acidic pH before fermentation, while it is alkaline after fermentation. The average biogas production of the control group is 4,906.67 ml, while that of the experimental group is 17,506.67 ml. The gas production of the control group per 1 ml is 29.44 ml of gas, while the experimental group produces 105.04 ml of gas per 1 gram of substrate. A significant difference of 71.97% in favor of the experimental group indicates how much waste biomass from sieving enriches the cattle manure and contributes to the production process.
