Abstract
U ovom radu opisuje se postupak diferenciranja krvne slike kod teladi, od uzimanja krvi do analize krvne slike. Također opisuju se i tipovi leukocita, te bolesti leukocita u vidu smanjenja ili povećanja određenih tipova leukocita. Leukocitima je uloga zaštita organizma od različitih mikroorganizama, te stranih tijela, pa se zbog toga preporuča diferenciranje krvne slike kod teladi kako bi se sprječile određene bolesti, odnosno ako je telad bolesna da bi se moglo utvrditi o kojoj bolesti je riječ. U radu se nalazi i hranidba teladi, te istraživanja o utjecaju hranidbe na pojedine pokazatelje diferencijalne krvne slike. Bolesti imunološkog sustava imaju jake gospodarske štete, posebno tijekom uzgoja teladi jer može doći do uginuća, pa je zbog toga potrebno poduzeti sve mjere kako bi se to i spriječilo.
Abstract (english)
In this work procedure of differential blood count in calves is described from taking blood samples to blood count analysis. Also described are types of leukocyte as well as leukocyte diseases in sight of decrese or increse of certain types od leukocytes. Leukocytes part is protection of organisms from microorganisms, and foreign bodys, because of that differential blood count is recomended with calves in order to prevent specific diseases, respectively if the calves are sick so it can be determined wich disease it is. In the work calves feeding is shown, and research on what is the effect of feeding on specific indicators on differential blood count. Immune system diseases have large economic damages especialy during raising calves because it can come to death, so it is necesary to undertake all messures in preventing it.
