Abstract
Podizanje nasada vinograda zahtijeva temeljitu pripremu tla i visoke troškove u prvim godinama, koji se smanjuju iz godine u godinu. Korištenje napredne tehnologije, poput laserske sadilice, olakšava i poboljšava proces sadnje. Njega vinograda uključuje mjere poput ogrtanja mladih čokota, rezanja, zaštite od bolesti i štetnika te uklanjanja korova. Troškovi u trećoj godini su niži, ali radna snaga i zaštita loze ostaju važni aspekti. Uređenje i priprema tla je najznačajnija stavka pri zasnivanju novog nasada te na analiziranom gospodarstvu iznosi 26.400 €/ha. U prvoj godini podizanja nasad vinograda troškovi po hektaru su iznosili 20.319 €, u drugoj 18.117 € dok su u trećoj godini bili 6.310 €/ha. Važno je voditi brigu o kvaliteti i razvoju vinove loze kako bi se postigla dobra proizvodnja i kvaliteta grožđa.
Abstract (english)
Raising vineyard plantations requires thorough soil preparation and high costs in the first years, which decrease year by year. The use of advanced technology, such as a laser planter, facilitates and improves the planting process. Vineyard care includes measures such as wrapping young vines, cutting, protecting against diseases and pests, and removing weeds. Costs in the third year are lower, but labor and vine protection remain important aspects. Landscaping and soil preparation is the most significant item when establishing a new plantation and on the analyzed economy is 26,400 €/ha. In the first year of raising the vineyard plantation, the costs per hectare amounted to €20,319, in the second year €18,117 while in the third year they were 6.310 €/ha. It is important to take care of the quality and development of the vine in order to achieve good grape production and quality.
