Abstract
Bijela djetelina pripada porodici Fabaceae, višegodišnja je biljka. Rasprostranjena je po cijelom svijetu osim na Antarktici, u Hrvatskoj je rasprostranjena od kontinentalnog i gorskog do primorskog dijela. Upotrebljava se za ishranu stoke, u prehrani ljudi, kao pokrov za tlo te alternativa za gnojidbu dušikom. Cilj završnog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj predtretmana sjemena bijele djeteline vode i različitih koncentracija KNO3 otopina tijekom različitog vremena bubrenja. Sukladno ISTA pravilima... More proveden je test klijavosti sjemena bijele djeteline kultivara Apolo. Pokus je postavljan na navlaženom filter papiru u kontroliranim laboratorijskim uvjetima u četiri ponavljanja za sve predtretmane. Četvrti i deseti dan određena su svojstva sjemena, energija klijanja i klijavost. Deseti dan izmjerena je dužina korijena i stabljike za 25 nasumično odabranih klijanaca po ponavljanju. Provedenim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da bi se predtretman različitim koncentracijama KNO3 i vodom, mogao koristiti kao predtretman sjemena bijele djeteline u cilju poboljšanja korijenovog sustava i cijele biljke. Abstract (english)
White clover belongs to the Fabaceae family and is a perennial plant. It is distributed all over the world except Antarctica, in Croatia it is common from the mainland and the mountains to the coastal areas. It is used as cattle feed, in human nutrition, as a ground cover and as an alternative to nitrogen fertilization. The aim of the final work was to determine the influence of pretreatment of white clover seeds with water and different concentrations of KNO3 solutions during different... More swelling times. In accordance with the rules of ISTA, a germination test was conducted for white clover seeds of the variety Apolo. The test was conducted on moistened filter paper under controlled laboratory conditions in four replicates for all pretreatments. Seed characteristics, germination energy, and germination were determined on the fourth and tenth days. On the tenth day, the length of roots and stems was measured in 25 randomly selected seedlings per replicate. The research conducted showed that pretreatment with different concentrations of KNO3 and water could be used as a pretreatment of white clover seeds, to improve the root system and the whole plant.
