Abstract
U ovom smo radu istražili literaturu o tehnologiji proizvodnje octa s posebnim osvrtom na tradicionalni način proizvodnje. Istraživanjem smo pokazali različite načine proizvodnje octa koristeći ovu metodu. Tradicionalni načini proizvodnje octa doprinose njegovoj kvaliteti.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we have researched the literature on vinegar production technology with reference to the traditional way of production. Through research, we have shown different ways of producing vinegar using this method. Traditional methods of vinegar production contribute to its quality.
