Abstract
Biopesticidi predstavljaju ekološka sredstva za zaštitu bilja, ne ugrožavaju ljudsko zdravlje niti zdravlje životinja i ne djeluju štetno na prirodu i okoliš. Gljive roda Trichoderma u poljoprivredi se koriste u svrhu suzbijanja patogenih organizama. U ovome radu je cilj istraživanja bio utvrditi djelotvornost roda Trichoderma u suzbijanja rasta dvije fitopatogene bakterije Rhodococcus fascians i Pseudomonas syringae. Prikazani rezultati pokazali su da djelovanje ispitivanog roda Trichoderma na P. syringae, ne dovodi do inhibicije, R. fascians pokazuje izrazitu osjetljivost prema inhibitornim tvarima Trichoderma sp. Potrebna su daljnja istraživanja koja bi za cilja imala izolaciju i identifikaciju još učinkovitijih sojeva roda Trichoderma.
Abstract (english)
Biopesticides represent ecological products for plant protection, they do not endanger human or animal health and do not have a harmful effect on nature and the environment. Trichoderma fungi are used in agriculture to control pathogenic organisms. In this study, the aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of the genus Trichoderma in suppressing the growth of two phytopathogenic bacteria Rhodococcus fascians and Pseudomonas syringae. The presented results showed that the action of the tested genus Trichoderma on P. syringae does not lead to inhibition, R. fascians shows a distinct sensitivity to the inhibitory substances of Trichoderma sp. Further research is needed to isolate and identify even more effective strains of the genus Trichoderma.
