Abstract
Bundeva, buča ili tikva su jednogodišnje biljke koje pripadaju u porodicu tikvovke. Uljana tikva ili buča golica se najviše koriste za proizvodnju bučinog ulja. Bučino ulje je bogato vitaminima A, E, C, K i B skupine te sadrži nezasićene masne kiseline, zasićene masne kiseline, minerale, lecitin, bjelančevine i salicilnu kiselinu. Cilj ovog završnog rada je utvrditi ekonomsku isplativost proizvodnje bučinog ulja. U radu je opisana bundeva, uzgoj bundeve, tehnologija koja je potrebna za preradu bučinog ulja i značaj bučinog ulja. Na temelju SWOT analize prikazane su snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje proizvodnje. Proračunom dobiti i gubitka je zaključeno da tijekom prve godine poslovanja bi ostvarena dobit iznosila 16.461,99 eura, dok u narednim godinama poslovanja bi profitabilnost rasta.
Abstract (english)
Pumpkin, squash or gourd are annual plants that belong to the gourd family. Oil gourd or squash golica are mostly used for the production of pumpkin oil. Pumpkin seed oil is rich in vitamins A, E, C, K and B groups and contains unsaturated fatty acids, saturated fatty acids, minerals, lecithin, proteins and salicylic acid. The goal of this BSc Thesis is to determine the economic profitability of the production of pumpkin seed oil. The paper describes the pumpkin, pumpkin cultivation, the technology required for the processing of pumpkin oil and the importance of pumpkin oil. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of production are presented. The profit and loss calculation concluded that during the first year of production, the realized profit would amount to 13,718.32 euros, while in the following years of production, the profitability would increase.
