Abstract
Ugljik se u tlo unosi organskom tvari koja predstavlja svojevrsno skladište ugljika i time postaje najveća zaliha ugljika u tlu. Ugljik je pokazatelj kvalitete i zdravlja agroekosustava i određenog tla na kojemu se odvija poljoprivredna proizvodnja. Cilj rada je usporediti sadržaj ugljika u tlu. Rad je proveden kroz laboratorijsko istraživanje putem dvije metode: bikormatna metoda (ISO standard) i metoda analize tla na CHN analizatoru. Uzorci su u korelaciji. Veći sadržaj humusa utvrđen je pomoću CHN analizatora na oba lokaliteta (Drenje i Kutjevo). To dokazuje i prosječna vrijednost uzoraka koja je veća kod uzoraka analiziranih pomoću CHN analizatora. Između obje metode utvrđena je statistički značajna korelacija r=0,93**.
Abstract (english)
Carbon is introduced into the soil by organic matter, which represents a kind of carbon storage and thus becomes the largest stock of carbon in the soil. Carbon is an indicator of the quality and health of the agro-ecosystem and the specific soil on which agricultural production takes place. The aim of the work is to compare the carbon content in the soil. The work was carried out through laboratory research using two methods: the comparative method (ISO standard) and the soil analysis method on the CHN analyzer. The samples are correlated. A higher content of humus was determined using a CHN analyzer in both localities (Drenje and Kutjevo). This is proven by the average value of the samples, which is higher in the samples analyzed using the CHN analyzer. A statistically significant correlation of r=0.93** was established between both methods.
