Abstract
Provedba istraživanja rizika pojavnosti, pojavnosti te posljedica pojavnosti mastitisa u populaciji mliječnih krava holstein i simentalske pasmine podrazumijevala je terenski te analitički dio. Terenski dio istraživanja proveden na odabranoj farmi holstein krava prilikom čega je uzorkovana krv i mlijeko 25 životinja te je utvrđena kvalitete mlijeka, biokemijski pokazatelji u krvi i mliječnoj plazmi te hematološki pokazatelji. Analitički dio istraživanja obuhvatio je i bazu podataka kontrole mliječnosti preuzetu od HAPIH-a (sa 3.953.637 zapisa holstein te 4.922.751 zapisa simentalske pasmine; istraživački period od 1/1/2005 do 31/12/2022). Rizik pojavnosti i pojavnost mastitisa određen je sukladno dnevnom sadržaju laktoze (DLC) te broju somatskih stanica na dan (SCC). Dnevni sadržaj laktoze DLC ≥ 4,5% indicira zdrave životinje, dok DLC < 4,5% indicira rizik pojavnosti mastitisa. Broj somatskih stanica na dan SCC < 200.000/ml indicira zdrave krave, SCC u intervalu od 200.000/ml do 400.000/ml indicira krave u riziku od mastitisa, dok SCC > 400.000/ml indicira krave u mastitisu. Temeljem rezultata istraživanja može se zaključiti sljedeće: utvrđeno je postojanje varijabilnosti i kovarijabilnosti dnevnih proizvodnih svojstava i biokemijskih pokazatelja u uzorcima plazme i mlijeka te hematoloških pokazatelja; utvrđeno je postojanje varijabilnosti biokemijskih te hematoloških pokazatelja ovisno o razredima dnevnog sadržaja laktoze (koji ukazuju na rizik pojavnosti mastitisa) te broja somatskih stanica (koji ukazuje na zdravstveni status životinje); utvrđeno je postojanje varijabilnosti u riziku pojavnosti, te pojavnosti mastitisa u populaciji mliječnih krava u ovisnosti o redoslijedu te stadiju laktacije, zatim sezoni kontrole mliječnosti te veličini stada; utvrđena je varijabilnost u utjecaju rizika pojavnosti i pojavnosti mastitisa na proizvodnosti pri sukcesivnim kontrolama mliječnosti u populaciji mliječnih krava u ovisnosti o redoslijedu laktacije, sezoni kontrole mliječnosti te veličini stada; utvrđena je varijabilnost direktnih gubitaka u proizvodnji mlijeka, pri sukcesivnim kontrolama mliječnosti u populaciji mliječnih krava u ovisnosti o redoslijedu laktacije, sezoni kontrole mliječnosti te veličini stada. U konačnici, možemo zaključiti da se dnevni sadržaj laktoze te broj somatskih stanica mogu preporučiti kao individualni indikatori rizika pojavnosti/pojavnosti mastitisa na farmama mliječnih krava uz uvažavanje utjecaja stadija i redoslijeda laktacije te sezone kontrole mliječnosti uvažavajući veličinu stada u kojem se procjena vrši. Nadalje, može se zaključiti kako se prihvaća postavljena hipoteza da postoji povezanost dnevnog sadržaja laktoze i broja somatskih stanica te rizika pojavnosti/pojavnosti mastitisa krava u proizvodnji mlijeka.
Abstract (english)
The research on the risk of occurrence/occurrence of mastitis and consequences of the mastitis occurrence in the population of Holstein and Simmental dairy cows included a field and analytical part. The field part of the research was conducted on a selected Holstein farm, during which the blood and milk of 25 animals were sampled and the quality of milk, biochemical indicators in blood and milk plasma, and haematological indicators were determined. The analytical part of the research also included the milk recording database taken from HAPIH (with 3,953,637 test-day records of Holstein and 4,922,751 test-day records of Simmental breed; research period 1/1/2005 - 31/12/2022). The risk of occurrence/occurrence of mastitis was determined according to the daily lactose content (DLC) and the somatic cell counts (SCC). Daily lactose content DLC ≥ 4.5% indicates healthy animals, while DLC < 4.5% indicates the risk of mastitis. The somatic cell counts SCC < 200,000/ml indicates healthy cows, SCC in the interval from 200,000/ml to 400,000/ml indicates cows at risk of mastitis, and SCC > 400,000/ml indicates cows with mastitis. Based on the research results following could be concluded: the existence of variability and covariability of daily production traits and biochemical indicators in plasma and milk samples and haematological indicators; the existence of variability of biochemical and haematological indicators depending on the classes of daily lactose content (which indicate the risk of mastitis) and the somatic cell counts (which indicates the animal's health status); the variability in the risk of occurrence/occurrence of mastitis in the dairy cattle population depending on the parity and stage of lactation, milk recording season and herd size; the variability in the effect of the risk of occurrence/occurrence of mastitis on productivity during successive milk recordings in the dairy cattle population, depending on the parity, milk recording season, and herd size; the variability of direct losses in milk production during successive milk recordings in the dairy cattle population depending on the parity, milk recording season, and herd size. Finally, it could be concluded that the daily lactose content and the somatic cells counts can be recommended as individual indicators of the risk of occurrence/occurrence of mastitis on dairy cattle farms, considering the effect of the stage of lactation, parity and the recording season, considering the size of the herd in which the assessment is performed. Furthermore, it could be concluded that the hypothesis that there is an association between the daily lactose content and the somatic cell counts and the risk of occurrence/occurrence of mastitis in cows in milk production is accepted.
