Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisuju kemijski, vitaminski i mineralni sastav peludi koja su glavne hranjive tvari od kojih potječu ljekovita svojstva koja utječu na ljudsko zdravlje. Kako bi se došlo do peludi koju ljudi konzumiraju u prehrani opisuje se čitavi postupak tj. skupljanje i skladištenje peludi koje su u radu detaljno opisane. S obzirom na temu rada, važno je bilo opisati značaj peludi za ljudsko zdravlje i njezina terapijska svojstva kao i ljekovita svojstva pojedinih vrsta peludi. Uz ljekovita svojstva peludi, također pelud ima i alergena svojstva koja utječu na ljude ali je i opisano kako smanjiti ili u potpunosti spriječiti alergijske reakcije. Također je opisana konzumacija peludi zbog preosjetljivosti ljudi. Na samom kraju rada navedeni su jednostavni recepti kako bi ljudi dobili ideju za pripremanje peludi i kako bi mogli održavati svoje zdravlje.
Abstract (english)
This document describes chemical, vitamin and mineral composition of bee pollen, which are the main nutrients from which medicinal properties that affect human health originate. In order to get to the pollen that people consume in food, the entire process is described, i.e. the collection and storage of pollen, which are described in detail in the paper. Considering the topic of the work, it was important to describe the significance of pollen for human health and its therapeutic properties as well as the medicinal properties of certain types of pollen. In addition to the healing properties of pollen, pollen also has allergenic properties that affect people, but it is also described how to reduce or completely prevent allergic reactions. Pollen consumption due to human hypersensitivity has also been described. At the very end of the work, simple recipes are listed so that people can get an idea for preparing pollen and so that they can maintain their health.
