Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je ispitivanje preferencija potrošača glede ekoloških proizvoda. Potrošače ovog istraživanja čine studenti Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Osijeku te nasumično izabrani ispitanici iz Ludbrega i okolice. Specifičnost ovog istraživanja bila je u tome da smo imali dvije različite grupe ispitanika koji su i sa geografski različitih područja. Razlike između dvije grupe ispitanika možemo već zamijetiti kod preferencija potrošača prema pojedinim proizvođačima. Studenti su slavonsko-baranjske proizvođače ocijenili s ocjenom 4,1, dok su nasumični ispitanici slavonsko-baranjske proizvođače ocijenili sa 3,49. Svaka grupa ispitanika opredijelila se da preferira lokalne proizvođače studenti s ocjenom 4, a nasumični ispitanici ocjenom 4,35. Prema rezultatima dobivenim ovim istraživanjem možemo zaključiti da su potrošači relativno zadovoljni ekološkim proizvodima koje su u mogućnosti kupiti. Rezultati također upućuju na to da bi u pojedinim područjima trebalo povećati ponudu ekološki proizvedene hrane kao i broj mjesta na kojima se takva hrana može kupiti. Veći broj ispitanika, kako studenata, tako i nasumično izabranih ispitanika, smatra da ponuda nije u skladu s potražnjom (54,84, odnosno 67,35). Najprikladnijim prodajnim mjestima pokazale su se tržnice koje su studenti ocijenili s ocjenom 4,36, a nasumični ispitanici s ocjenom 4,69. Slijedi ih direktna prodaja s obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstva s ocjenom 4,16 kod studenata te 4,33 kod nasumičnih ispitanika. Sudionici ovog istraživanja upoznati su sa značajem ekološke poljoprivrede i ekoloških proizvoda te možemo zaključiti da ekološka poljoprivreda ima perspektive. Kao primjer toga možemo navesti rastući broj ekoloških proizvođača kojih je 2008. godine bilo registrirano 474, a danas se taj broj popeo na više od 2200 prijavljenih proizvođača ekoloških proizvoda. Da bi se ekološka poljoprivreda u Hrvatskoj mogla provesti u skladu s direktivama Europske unije, pod ekološkom proizvodnjom do kraja 2015. godine trebalo bi se naći barem 5% od ukupno obradivih površina.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is to examine consumer preferences regarding organic products. Consumers of this research are students on Faculty of agryculture in Osijek and randomly selected respondents. Interesting feature of this study is that we had two different groups of participants from different geographic areas. This difference is present when we research preferences for producers origin. Students evaluated producers from Slavonia and Baranja with rating of 4.1, while random subjects greater opinion had given to local producers – 3,49. Each group of respondents opted to prefer local producers with a rating of 4 by students and random respondents while gave rate 4.35. According to the results obtained in this study we can conclude that consumers are relatively satisfied with the organic products that they are able to buy. The results also suggest that in some areas the supply of organically produced food and the number of places where these foods can be purchased shoud be increaded. A larger number of respondents, as students, as well as randomly selected respondents considered that the supply is not in line with demand. The most appropriate purchase place should be green markets that students evaluate with the rating of 4.36 and a random respondents with rate 4.69, followed by direct sales from the family farms with a rating of 4.14 out of students and rate 4.33 of random subjects. Participants in this study are familiar with the importance of organic farming and organic products and we can conclude that organic farming has a perspective. As an example of this can take a look at growing number of organic producers which in 2008th there were registered 474, and today that number has risen to more than 2200 registered manufacturer of organic products. By the end of 2015. organic farming should participate at least 5% of total arable land, so organic farming in Croatia could be carried out in accordance with EU directives.
