The paper analyzes the entrepreneurial strategies of the agricultural company Agro-Herba for achieving a competitive advantage in agribusiness. A PEST/EL analysis identified key external factors affecting business, including political regulations, technological opportunities, and threats such as inflation and global instability. Porter's five forces model highlighted high competition and the bargaining power of customers as key challenges for business. The VRIO analysis assessed human resources as a long-term competitive advantage, while natural resources and technology were assessed as available in the short term but possible for imitation. Benchmark analysis showed that the company, despite smaller financial resources and number of employees compared to competitors, maintains competitiveness through specialization in ecological production, with the potential for further growth through investment in technology and optimization. The SWOT analysis showed that the main strengths of the company are its specialization in organic production of chamomile, along with a well-developed organizational structure and available resources. On the other hand, weaknesses relate to limited financial resources and a lack of qualified labor. The analysis points out that organic agriculture, especially the growing interest in it, represents a great opportunity for business expansion. However, the company faces threats from the competition sector and market fluctuations. Strategic analysis allows a company to identify key areas for improvement, in a way that they can take advantage of their strengths and opportunities, and strengthen their competitive position in the market.
