Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu predočeni su rezultati istraživanja provedenog u tvrtki „Novocommerce International“ u Osijeku glede popravaka i servisa traktora „John Deere“ 6630, 6130M i 6145M te njihovih troškova kroz tri godine (2021., 2022., 2023.). Istraživanjem je utvrđeno da se servisi provode prema naputku za rukovanje i održavanje za pojedini traktor, a popravci se otklanjaju u vrlo kratkom roku što upućuje na dobar stručni kadar radionice koji je opremljen svim potrebnim dijagnostičkim uređajima, strojevima i potrebnim alatima. Najveće ukupne troškove popravka kroz tri godine istraživanja (6.933,88 eura) imao je traktor „John Deere“ 6130M, od čega su 4.849,14 eura bili troškovi u drugoj godini istraživanja (2022.).
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the results of research conducted at the company "Novocommerce International" in Osijek regarding repairs and service of tractors "John Deere" 6630, 6130M and 6145M and their costs over three years (2021, 2022, 2023). Research has established that services are carried out according to the instructions for handling and maintenance for each tractor, and repairs are carried out in a very short time, which points to a good professional staff of the workshop, which is equipped with all the necessary diagnostic devices, machines and necessary tools. The John Deere 6130M tractor had the highest total repair costs over the three years of research (6,933.88 euros), of which 4,849.14 euros were costs in the second year of research (2022).
