Abstract
Govedarska farma SNK MILK smještena je na periferiji grada Đakova, bavi se proizvodnjom kvalitetnog mlijeka i tvom junadi. Trenutno se na farmi nalazi 456 grla goveda. Od čega najviše ima muznih krava 195 grla, 83 komada tovne junadi, 142 rasplodne junice te 36 grla teladi oba spola. Na farmi se pretežito uzgaja pasmina Holstein Friesian .Uz njih se za tov uzgajaju Križanci za proizvodnju mlijeka i mesa, te Simentalska pasmina. Potrebe za hranom farma podmiruje iz 380 ha obradivih površina... More na kojima se proizvodi vlastita hrana za životinje. Kako bi se ostvarila zadovoljavajuća proizvodnja i životinjama osiguralo dobro zdravstveno stanje, potrebno je osigurati kvalitetno izbalansiranu hranidbu. Obrok za mliječna goveda se sastavlja prema potrebama u određenoj fazi proizvodnje. Mliječne krave se muzu dva puta dnevno u vremenskom razmaku od 12h. Izmuzište je tipa riblja kost kapaciteta 16 muznih mjesta. Objekti u kojima borave goveda su opremljeni na način kako bi im se osiguralo što prirodnije okruženje, s ciljem izbjegavanja pojave stresa kod životinja. Posebna pažnja posvećuje se uzgoju mlađih dobnih kategorija, kako bi se osiguralo kvalitetno i zdravo rasplodno grlo za buduću proizvodnju. Farma na svojim poljoprivrednim površinama podmiruje godišnje potrebe za prehranu vlastite stoke. Raspoloživi kapaciteti skladišta za hranu trenutno zadovoljavaju potrebe farme. Less
Abstract (english)
Cattle farm SNK MILK is located on the outskirts of the town of Đakovo, and is engaged in the production of quality milk and beef. Currently, there are 456 head of cattle on the farm. Of which there are 195 dairy cows, 83 fattening steers, 142 breeding heifers and 36 calves of both sexes. Holstein Friesian breed is mainly grown on the farm. Crossbreeds for milk and meat production and Simmental breed are also grown for fattening. The farm meets its food needs from 380 ha of arable land... More where its own animal feed is produced. In order to achieve satisfactory production and to ensure a good health condition for the animals, it is necessary to provide quality, balanced nutrition. The ration for dairy cattle is composed according to the needs at a certain stage of production. Dairy cows are milked twice a day at 12-hour intervals. The milking parlor is of the herringbone type with a capacity of 16 milking places. The facilities where the cattle stay are equipped in a way to provide them with as natural an environment as possible, with the aim of avoiding the appearance of stress in the animals. Special attention is paid to the breeding of younger age categories, in order to ensure quality and healthy breeding stock for future production.
