Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je analizirana proizvodnja duhana sa svim agroekološkim uvjetima za razdoblje od 2019. do 2021. godine. Biljka duhan (Nicotiana tabacum L.) služi u industrijskoj preradi, a glavna namjena mu je za pušenje, šmrkanje ili žvakanje. Proizvodnja duhana na OPG-u «Dikšić Mihajl» sa sjedištem u Virovitici, najvažnija je poljoprivredna grana kojom se obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo bavi. Duhan je specifična biljka koja omogućava sezonsko zapošljavanje radnika, no iz godine u godinu radnici nisu zadovoljni zaradom, pa sve više obiteljsko poljoprivrednih gospodarstava prelazi na strojnu berbu. Agroekološki uvjeti nisu bili povoljni u 2019. godini zbog ledotuče, što je znatno smanjilo prinos. Dok su 2020. i 2021. godina pokazale kao mnogo uspješnije zbog pogodnih vremenskih uvjeta. Prosječni urod duhana na OPG-u "Dikšić Mihal" u 2019. godini bio je 350 - 400 kg zbog štete od tuče. U 2020. godini prosječni prinos duhana bio je 1,5 t/ha, au 2021. godini 1,6 t/ha. U 2019. godini prihod od proizvodnje duhana iznosio je oko 7.000 €, u 2020. godini 27.000 €, a najveći je bio 2021. godine kada je iznosio oko 33.500 €.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, tobacco production and all agroecological conditions for the period from 2019 to 2021 were analyzed. The tobacco plant (Nicotiana tabacum L.) is used in industrial processing, primarily for smoking, snuffing, or chewing. Tobacco production at the family farm "Dikšić Mihajl" based in Virovitica is the most important agricultural branch for the family farm. Tobacco is a specific plant that allows for seasonal employment of workers, but year after year, workers are increasingly dissatisfied with their earnings, leading more family farms to transition to mechanical harvesting. The agroecological conditions were unfavorable in 2019 due to hailstorms, which significantly reduced the yield. However, the years 2020 and 2021 proved to be much more successful due to favorable weather conditions. The tobacco average yield on Family farm „Dikšić Mihal“ in 2019 was 350 - 400 kg due to hail damage. In 2020 the average tobacco yield was 1.5 t/ha and in 2021 it was 1.6 t/ha. In 2019 the income from tobacco production was around 7.000 €, in 2020 27.000 € and the highest was in 2021 when it was around 33.500 €.
