Abstract
Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom lipnje 2012. godine, odvijalo se u sklopu hidroponskog uzgoja salate Luxar AG. Tehnički dio istraživanja je proveden u plastenicima na području Zaprešića u kojima je praćen kompletan proces proizvodnje od sastavljanja proizvodnog kalendara, sjetve, proizvodnje presadnica i uzgoja salate pa sve do berbe, pakiranja, skladištenja i plasiranja proizvoda do krajnjih kupaca. Osim tehničkog dijela predočen je osvrt i na ostale aspekte poslovanja kao i na probleme prilikom izlaska na tržište.
Abstract (english)
This research was conducted during June 2012 in the Luxar AG where lettuce was cultivated in hydroponics. Technical part of the research was conducted in greenhouses near the city of Zaprešić where complete production process was monitored which began with production calendar structuring and followed by transplants production, lettuce growing in hydroponics and at the end harvesting, packaging and storage of lettuce. An important point was also product market distribution placement to the end users. Except the technological part of the research, other aspects of hydroponics and some problems which producers face with while entering the production and market were examined.
