Abstract
Heljda (Fagopyrum esculentum) je kultura koja se sije i u Hrvatskoj. Kod nas se uzgaja u sjeverozapadnom djelu (Međimurje i Zagorje). Može da se uzgaja kao naknadni i kao postrni usjev. U nas se uzgaja kao postrni usjev i to najčešće može da se sije iz onih kultura koje se skidaju od 15. 6 do 25. 7.(uljana repica, grašak, ozimi ječam, ozima pšenica). Prema istraživanjima koja su provedena na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu u Beogradu gdje se heljda koristila kao siderat tj. površinski usjev, prilikom pripreme tla za sadnju maline i tom prilikom je ona zasijana u količini 80 kg hektara sjemena kao ranoljeni usjev, a prinos biljne mase bio je od 1 do 1,5 tona po hektaru, zasijala se kasno u jesen. Iskustva iz Amerike nam govore da se heljda tamo koristila nakon pčelinje paše i zaorala se za zelenu gnojidbu te u roku od 45 do60 dana. Moglo se dobiti prinosa i do 7 tona po hektaru koje se kasnije zaore za za jesenju sjetvu raži. Ključne riječi: heljda, postrna sjetve, prinos.
Abstract (english)
Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) is a crop that is sown and in Croatia. When grown in the northwestern part of the Croatian (Međimurje and Zagorje). It can be grown like principal culture, like additional one, and as stuble culture. In our country it is grown as stubble culture, and usually can be sown behind those cultures that are removed from 15 June up to 25 July (oliseed rape, peas, winter barley, winter wheat). According to the investigations that were carried out at Agriculture University Belgrade, where buckwheat was used as "green fertilizer" i.e. surface crop when preparing soil for planting raspberries, in this cases, and on this occasion is sown in the amount of 80 kg of seed per ha as a crop yield of biomass was from 1 up 1,5 t, and sown late in the fall. Same experiences from America tell us that they used buckwheat as bee pasture and plowed it down as green fertilizer within 45 up to 60 days. It was possible to get yields up to 7 tons per hectare which was later ploughed in autumn sown rye.
