Abstract
Ispitivana je varijabilnost 40 sorata ozime krušne pšenice različitih selekcijskih centara u tijekom 2008./2009. godine u uvjetima istočne Slavonije. Sorte su zastupljene u proizvodnji u razdoblju od 1930. do 2008. godine. Rezultati su pokazali da je najveća varijabilnost utvrđena za svojstvo visine biljke (19,033 %), svojstvo broja zrna po klasu (13,087 %) te za svojstvo broja klasića po klasu (8,709 %). Utvrđene su statistički visoko opravdane razlike (p<0.01) za sva ispitivana kvantitativna svojstva između ispitivanih sorata pšenice. Visina biljke kretala se od 68,0 cm (Srpanjka) do 151,3 cm (U1). Najveći broj klasića u klasu imao je austrijski genotip Edison (23,7), a najmanji hrvatski genotip Osk 63/05 (15,9). Najveći broj zrna po klasu imao je austrijski genotip Bastide (54/0), a najmanji hrvatski genotip Osk 64/05 (34/0). Utvrđena je značajna varijabilnost navedenih svojstava unutar ispitivane germplazme, što ukazuje na mogućnost njezina korištenja kao izvora genetičke varijabilnosti u daljnjem oplemenjivačkom radu.
Abstract (english)
Forty Winter wheat varieties originated from different selection centers and countries were evaluated for different quantitative traits during vegetation year 2008/2009 in Eastern Slavonia. Varieties were present in wheat production from 1930 till 2008. Analyzed wheat varieties displayed largest differences for plant height (19,033 %), the kernel number/ear (13,087 %) and spikelet number/ear (8,0709 %). For all analyzed traits ANOVAs showed highly significant differences (p<0,01) between varieties. The plant height ranged from 68,0 cm (Srpanjka) to 151,3 cm (U1). Austrian genotype Edison had the highest spikelet number/ear (23,7) and Croatian genotype Osk 63/05 had the least spikelet number/ear (15,9). The highest kernel number/ear had Austrian genotype Bastide (54) while Croatian genotype Osk 64/05 had the least kernel number/ear (34). Significant variability of the examined traits has been established in tested germplasm and it suggests the possibility of its utilization as a source of genetic variability for future breeding programs.
