Abstract
Šećerna repa, uz šećernu trsku, predstavlja najvažniju sirovinu iz koje se dobija šećer. Tijekom vegetacije ta kultura zahtjeva stalnu pažnju te vrhunsku njegu i znanje. Kako bi se ostvarili što povoljniji ukupni rezultati, potrebno je ekonomski pratiti i analizirati proizvodnju. U radu je analizirana proizvodnja šećerne repe i šećera prema internim podatcima šećerane Kandit Premijer d.o.o. te je napravljena višefazna kalkulacija s izračunima relativnih ekonomskih pokazatelja. Koeficijent ekonomičnosti je 1,87 što ukazuje na ekonomičnu proizvodnju. Stopa rentabilnosti iznosi 47,46% što znači da se na 100 kn ukupnog prihoda, ostvaruje 47,46 kn dobiti. Dobit po hektaru znosi 9.970,01 kn. Koeficijent ekonomičnosti proizvodnje šećera je 1,20, a stopa rentabilnosti iznosi 17,08%. Izradom višefazne kalkulacije je primjećeno kako su u trodjelnoj strukturi izvornih troškova gotovo izjednačeni udjeli, što ukazuje na mogućnost snižavanja neproizvodnih troškova. Potrebno je pratiti i primjenjivati nova znanja i dostignuća u agrotehnici i agroekonomici kako bi Republika Hrvatska postala konkurentna na europskom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Sugar beet with a sugar cane is the most important raw material for sugar production. During the growing season, sugar beet demands excellent care, knowledge and constant attention. In order to achieve the best possible resaults it is necessary to monitor and analyze economic production. The study analyzes the production of sugar beet according to intenal data of sugar factory Kandit Premijer d.o.o. and made a multistep calculation with calculation of the relative economics indicator. The coefficient of efficiency is 1,87 , witch indicates the economical production. The rate of return is 47,46% witch means that 100 kn total income, realized 47,46 kn profit. The coefficient of efficiency of sugar production is 1,20. The rate of return is 17,08%. By creating multiphase calculations is observed that in the tripartite structure of the original cost of almost equal stakes indicating the possibility of lowering non-productive costs. It is necessary to monitor and apply new knowledge in agro-tehnology and agricultural economics in order to become competitive in the European market.
