Abstract
Proizvodnja matica je proces tehničkih i selekcijskih metoda. Postoje različite metode i tehnologije te procedure za pravilan uzgoj koji daju najbolje rezultate. Za dobru proizvodnju potrebno je imati i dobru oprema za uzgoj. Potrebno je obaviti osjetljiv postupak presaĎivanja matica u umjetne matičnjake. Da bi sparivanje bilo što uspješnije treba paziti da uvjeti budu što bolji te obaviti niz kontrola matica i legla. Proces proizvodnje matičnjaka vrlo je osjetljiv te se vrši konstantna kontrola kvalitete tijekom cijelog procesa, kako na proizvodnju tako i na razne bolesti. Testiranja na bolesti i općenito testiranja koja se provode su PIN test, VSH test i test smrzavanjem legla. Nakon uzgoja potrebno je organizirati transport. Odnosno ako matice ne budu prodane njihovo skladištenje i čuvanje. Najveći uspjeh u pčelarstu postignut je selekcijom kojom moţemo utvrditi najbolje genetske vrijednosti pčela.
Abstract (english)
Queen rearing is a process of technical and selection method. There are different methods, technologies and procedures for the proper rearing of which give best results. For good rearing it is necessary to have good equipment. Also it is necessary to make very delicate process of transplanting to artificial queen cells. For rearing to be successful it is necessary to watch for general requirements also to do testing both queens and hive. Process of rearing is very delicate so it is necessary to constantly make quality control as during rearing as for various illnesses. Tests that are usually made are PIN test, VHS test and test for freezing. After rearing it is needed to organize transport to customer (in most cases by post). Or if the queens are not sold it would be good to storage them or put them for safe keeping. The greatest success in beekeeping is achieved with selection that we can identify the best genetic value of bees.
