Abstract
U istraživanju je proučavan alelopatski učinak bezmirisne kamilice (Tripleurospermum inodorum (L.) C.H. Schultz) na salatu, a ukupno su provedena tri pokusa: utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata bezmirisne kamilice u Petrijevim zdjelicama, utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata bezmirisne kamilice posudama s tlom te utjecaj biljnih ostataka bezmirisne kamilice u posudama s tlom. Ispitan je učinak na klijavost sjemenki salate, duljinu izdanka i korijena te svježu i suhu masu klijanaca. Rezultati su pokazali da bezmirisna kamilica ima značajan alelopatski učinak na salatu, ali se odgovor razlikuje ovisno o koncentraciji i načinu primjene ekstrakta. Zabilježeno je da su veće koncentracije ekstrakata u Petrijevim zdjelicama djelovale negativno na klijanje sjemena salate, duljinu korijena i izdanka te značajno utjecale na smanjenje suhe i svježe mase. U posudama s tlom negativan utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata zabilježen je u slučaju nicanja, duljine izdanka i svježe mase. Biljni ostatci bezmirisne kamilice značajno su negativno utjecali na nicanje i rast klijanaca u obje ispitivane doze od 10 i 20 g po kg tla.
Abstract (english)
Possible allelopathic effect of scentless mayweed (Tripleurospermum inodorum (L.) Schultz C.H.) on lettuce were investigated in this research. For that purpose, three experiments were conducted: effect of water extracts of T. inodorum applied in Petri dishes, effects of water extracts of T. inodorum applied in pots with soil, and effects of plant residues applied in pots with soil. Effects on seed germination, shoot and root lenght were evaluated as well as effects on fresh and dry weight of lettuce seedlings. The results showed that T. inodorum had significant allelopathic effect on lettuce, but response varied depending on the extract concentration and way of its application. It is noted that the higher concentrations of extract applied in Petri dishes had negative effect on germination of lettuce seeds, root and shoot lenght and significant impact on the reduction of dry and fresh weight of seedlings. In pots with soil, inhibitory effect of water extracts was noted in case of seed emergence, shoot lenght and fresh seedlings weight. T. inodorum plant residues significantly reduces emergence and growth of lettuce seedling in both tested treatments of 10 and 20 g per kg of soil.
