Abstract
U začinske biljne vrsta pripadaju biljke čiji se pojedini dijelovi (korijen, list, stabljika) upotrebljavaju u kulinarstvu radi postizanja arome i okusa jela. Postoji veliki broj vrsta začinskog bilja koji su pripadnici porodice Apiaceae. Sama proizvodnja začinskog bilja zahtjeva određene preduvjete kako bi se postigli što bolji rezultati. Svoju aromu i ukus mogu zahvaliti sadržaju raznih eterničnih ulja koji su u raznim varijantama sadržani u začinskom bilju.
Abstract (english)
The spice plant species belong plants whose individual parts (roots, leaves, and stems) used in cooking to achieve the aroma and flavour of dishes. There are many types of herbs that are members of the family Apiaceae. The production of herbs requires certain conditions in order to achieve the best results. Its aroma and flavour is thanks to the content of various essential oils that are in various variants contained in herbs
