Abstract
Češnjak (Allium sativum L.) poznat pod nazivom bijeli luk, uzgaja se u kulturi već više od 4000 godina. Začinska je biljka srodna luku, poriluku i vlascu. U okviru podvrste vulgare uzgaja se kao proljeni i jesenski tip češnjaka. Smatra se da je Srednja Azija domovina češnjaka. Cilj ovog rada je u kratkim i jasnim poglavljima pojasniti koje se agrotehničke mjere i radnje poduzimaju kako bi proizvodnja češnjaka bila što uspješnija. Rad je pisan navedenom literaturom, te literaturom koja je korištena tijekom pohađanja navedenog studija. Poglavlja u radu su usko vezana za glavnu temu rada. Svako poglavlje predstavlja određenu mjera ili postupaka koji je potreban ili s kojim se susrećemo u ovom proizvodnji. Također je objašnjen korak koji je potrebno poduzeti kako bi urod češnjaka bio veći te kako bi se što minimalnijim ulaganjima postigli što bolji rezultati.
Abstract (english)
Garlic ( Allium sativum L. ) known as garlic , grown in culture for more than 4,000 years. Spice is a plant related port , leek and chives . Within subspecies vulgare grown as proljeni and autumn type of garlic . It is believed that Central Asia belongs to the garlic . The aim of this paper is to briefly and clearly chapters explain that the agro-technical measures and actions taken to production of garlic more successful . The work is written in the above literature , and literature that was used for attending the said study . Printer paper are closely related to the main theme of the work . Each chapter represents a specific measure or action that is required or we face in this production . He also explained that step to be taken in order to harvest the garlic was higher and to which a minimal investment for best results.
