Abstract
U ovom radu opisuje se izgled jedne farme i svi njezini prateći objekti koji su potrebni za proizvodnju mlijeka. Osim opisivanja izgleda farme uspoređeni su podaci trenda proizvodnje mlijeka u Hrvatskoj i svim članicama Europske unije u razdoblju od 2010. godine do 2019. godine i veličine farme u Hrvatskoj i Europskoj uniji. Najveću površinu za farme koristi francuska 27,8 milijuna hektara, Španjolska 23,2 milijuna hektara, Ujedinjeno kraljevstvo 16,7 milijuna hektara, Njemačka 15,2 milijuna hektara. U Hrvatskoj 70% poljoprivrednika ima zemljište manje od 5 hektara, a 3,8% proizvođaća drže farmu na površini većoj od 50 hektara. Najveći proizvođać mlijeka u Europskoj uniji je Njemačka, zatim Francuska, Italija i Nizozemska. Uz sve navedeno, zadatak je bio izračunati obroke za mliječne krave u fazama reprodukcije te navesti sve formule i postupak računanja
Abstract (english)
This document describes the appearance of a farm and all its ancillary facilities needed for milk production. In addition to describing the appearance of the farm, the data of the trend of milk production in Croatia and all members of the European Union in the period from 2010 to 2019 and the size of the farm in Croatia and the European Union were compared. The largest area for farms is used by France 27.8 million hectares, Spain 23.2 million hectares, the United Kingdom 16.7 million hectares, Germany 15.2 million hectares. In Croatia, 70% of farmers have land on less than 5 hectares, and 3.8% of producers keep a farm on an area of more than 50 hectares. The largest milk producer in the European Union is Germany, followed by France, Italy and the Netherlands. Furthermore, the task was to calculate the rations for dairy cows in the stages of reproduction and list all the formulas and calculation procedure.
