Abstract
Završnim radom podrobnije je analizirana proizvodnja šećerne repe u 2016. i 2017. godini na ''PJ Širine – Kneževo''. Detaljno je prikazan proces proizvodnje od predusjeva, obrade tla, sjetve, gnojidbe, zaštite šećerne repe protiv korova, bolesti i štetnika pa sve do vađenja. Repa je svake godine bila posijana na više od 1 000 hektara što zahtjeva stručno znanje i organizaciju. Provodile su se kemijske analize tla, vodila se je evidencija o dnevnim temperaturama i oborinama koje su se uspoređivale sa standardima za proizvodnju. Prinos korijena šećerne repe u 2016. godini iznosio je 88,2 t/ha, a sadržaj šećera u korijenu prosječno 16,18%. U 2017. godini prinos korijena šećerne repe iznosio je 89,1 t/ha, a sadržaj šećera u korijenu prosječno 17,04%. U konačnici cilj je bio dobiti što veći prinos korijena i digestiju uz što manje troškove i gubitke. Rad nam prikazuje problematiku u proizvodnji šećerne na velikom postrojenju sa velikim površinama te koliko je potrebno uložiti truda da bi se ostvarili visoki prinosi.
Abstract (english)
This study analysed sugar beet production in 2016 and 2017 at ''PJ Širine – Kneževo''. Production process was shown detailed from precrops, soil treatment, sowing, fertilization, weed control, pest and disease management all up to sugar beet harvest. Each year sugar beet was sown on over 1 000 hectares which requires knowlage and organization in producton. Soil tests were made same as records on daily temperatures and precipitation which were compared with sugar beet requirements. The sugar beet yield in 2016 was 88,2 t/ha and the content of sugar in the root was 16.18%. In 2017 sugar beet yield was 89,1 t/ha and the content of sugar in the root was 17.04%. Ultimately the goal was higher root yield and sugar content, with less cost and lost in production. This study shows problems that can occur in production of this size and how much it takes to reach high numbers in yield and sugar content.
