Abstract
Ječam je jedna od najstarijih i najraširenijih ratarskih kultura koja ima veliku važnost u prehrani ljudi i industrijskoj preradi, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj. Na pojavu bolesti u biljnoj proizvodnji koja se odvija pod otvorenim nebom veliki utjecaj imaju klimatski čimbenici (oborine, relativna vlaga zraka i temperatura) te tehnologija uzgoja koja se provodi na određenom području (plodored, obrada tla, sjetva, njega usjeva). Cilj ovoga istraživanja je bio utvrditi pojavu bolesti ječma u vegetacijskim godinama 2016./2017. i 2017./2018. na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu „Ivan Gašić“ na lokaciji Beketinici. Utvrđivanje pojave bolesti obavljeno je pregledom biljaka na polju i pregledom uzoraka zrna u laboratoriju. Utvrđeno je da je u obje vegetacijske godine istraživanja pojava bolesti bila sporadičnog karaktera. Na gospodarstvu vode računa o plodoredu i svim ostalim agrotehničkim mjerama koje mogu smanjiti pojavu bolesti. U 2016./2017. obavljena su dva fungicidna tretmana, a u 2017./2018. godini jedan preventivni tretman. U vegetacijskoj godini 2017./2018. obavljena je zdravstvena analiza zrna na kojemu su determinirane gljive iz rodova Alternaria sp., Epicoccum sp. i Cladosporium sp.
Abstract (english)
Barley is the oldest and most widespread agricultures which are of big importance in human nutrition and industrial processing, how worldwide so and in Croatia. Climatic factors (precipitation, relative humidity and temperature) and production practices that are implemented in a particular area (crop rotation, tillage, seeding, crop protection, etc.) have a great impact on disease incidence in agriculture. The aim of this study was to determine the diseases incidence on the oilseed rape in 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 vegetation seasons on the family farm Ivan Gašić on location Beketinci. The disease incidence was determined by plant examination in the field and by analyzing grain samples in laboratory. In both vegetative years of research, occurrence of the disease was sporadic. The farm takes care of crop rotation and all other agrotehnical measures that can reduce disease. In 2016./2017. Two fungicidal treatments were done and in 2017./2018. Just one preventive treatment. In the vegetative year 2017. A grain health analysis was carried out on which fungi from the genera Alternaria sp., Epicoccum sp. and Cladosporium sp. were determined.
