Abstract
Istraživanje na šampinjonima provedeno je tijekom 􀃾etiri vegetacijska ciklusa na dvije vrste supstrata za proizvodnju šampinjona. U svakom vegetacijskom ciklusu su sakupljana tri vala berbe. Pokus je postavljen u 4 ponavljanja po dizajnu slu􀃾ajnog bloknog rasporeda sa 2 faktora (ukupno 128 briketa). U svakom ponavljanju se koristilo po dva briketa površine 38cm x 58cm, težine 36 kg inokuliranog supstrata. Pra􀃼eni parametri su bili: kemijski sastav supstrata (pH, EC, ST, C/N, % N, % P, % K) na po􀃾etku uzgoja i na kraju proizvodnog ciklusa, ukupan prinos gljiva, sadržaj teških metala Pb i Cd u supstratu i gljivama (posebno stapke, posebno klobuka), sadržaj esencijalnih mikroelemenata Zn i Fe u supstratu i gljivama (posebno stapke, posebno klobuka). Temeljem utvr􀃿enih koncnetracija teških metala (esencijalnih i toksi􀃾nih) prora􀃾unat je koeficijent akumulacije teških metala iz supstrata u plod šampinjona. Najviši koeficijent akumulacije u gljivama nizozemskog porijekla izmjeren je za Cd i iznosio je 1,45. Najmanji je bio za Fe 0,06. Koeficijent akumulacije za Pb iznosio je 0,08 i za Zn 0,78. Najviši koeficijent akumulacije u gljivama ma􀃿arskog porijekla izmjeren je za Zn i iznosio je 0,66. Najmanji je izmjeren za Fe i iznosio je 0,04. Koeficijent akumulacije za Pb iznosio je 0,14, a za Cd 0,30. Koli􀃾ina Cd u gljivama ubranim na supstratu nizozemskog porijekla se nalazi izvan granica propisanih Pravilnikom europske komisije EC No 466/2001.
Abstract (english)
Research on mushrooms was carried out during four cycles of vegetation on two types of substrate for the mushrooms production. In each cycle of vegetation were collected three waves of harvest. The experiment was set up in four repetitons per design randomized complete block design with two factors a total of 128 briquettes). In each repetition was used two briquettes surface 38cm x 58cm, weight 36 kg, inoculated substrate. Monitored parameters were: the chemical properties of the substrate ( pH , EC , ST , C / N , % N , % P , % K ) at the beginning of breeding and eventually the production cycle, the total yield of mushrooms, heavy metal content of Pb and Cd in the substrate and mushrooms (the stems and the cap ), the content of essential trace elements Zn and Fe in the substrate and mushrooms ( especially the stems , especially the cap (the stems and the cap ). Based on the established concentration heavy metals (essential and toxic ) was calculated the accumulation coefficient of heavy metals from the substrate into the fruit mushrooms . The highest accumulation coefficient of mushrooms Dutch origin was measured for Cd (1.45). The lowest was for Fe (0.06). The accumulation coefficient of Pb was 0.08 and 0.78 for Zn. The highest accumulation coefficient of mushrooms Hungarian origin was measured for Zn and it was 0.6 . The smallest was for Fe (0.04). The accumulation coefficient of Pb was 0.14 and 0.30 for Cd. The amount of Cd in mushrooms grown in a substrate of Dutch origin is outside the limits set by the European Commission Regulations EC No. 466/2001
