Abstract
Suvremeni uvjeti proizvodnje u kojima je sve teže opstati, potiču na uvođenje novih metoda upravljanja gospodarstvom kao što je kontroling. Bez analize ne možemo sigurno reći što se događa s proizvodnjom i poslovanjem, a kontroling svojim tehnikama osigurava sveobuhvatnu analizu koja je u ovom radu provedena na OPG-u Garac Marin koji se bavi ratarskom proizvodnjom te obrađuje 200 hektara površine. Obavljena je analiza proizvodnje uljarica kao što su uljana repica i soja za proizvodnu godinu 2016. i 2017. Pomoću financijskih alata kao što su analitičke kalkulacije proizvodnje soje i uljane repice utvrđen je pozitivan financijski rezultat te je ostvarena dobit od 2.130 kn/ha do 3.130 kn/ha. Cijena proizvodnje je iznosila od 2,1kn/kg do 2,3 kn/kg što je odličan pokazatelj jer je prodajna cijena veća i kretala se od 2,2kn/kg do 2,4 kn/kg. Tehnološkom kartom je utvrđen utrošak rada ljudi i strojeva na analiziranom gospodarstvu.
Abstract (english)
Contemporary production conditions in which it is increasingly difficult to survive are encouraging the introduction of new management methods such as controlling. Without analysis, we cannot say what is happening in production and business, and by controlling its techniques, we provide a comprehensive analysis in this paper, conducted in Family farm Garac Marin, dealing with crop production and processing 200 hectares of land. An analysis of the production of oilseeds such as oilseed rape and soybean for the production year 2016 and 2017 was carried out. Financial instruments such as analytical calculations of soybeans and rape seed yields a positive financial result and the profit was realized from HRK 2.130 ha to HRK 3.130 ha. The production price ranged from 2.1 kn/kg to 2.3 kn/kg which is an excellent indicator because the sales price was higher and ranged from 2.2 kn/kg to 2.4 kn/kg. The technology card has determined the consumption of people and machines on the analyzed economy.
