Abstract
U ovom preglednom radu prikupljena je i obrađena domaća i međunarodna znanstvena literatura o ekološkom voćarstvu. Prikazani su i predočeni načini i mogućnosti korištenja i gospodarenja međurednim prostorom u takvim višegodišnji nasadima, a mogući su i u konvencionalnim načinima uzgoja. Mogućnosti su raznolike, od mehaničkih zahvata, kao što su zahvati obrade tla (oranje, tanjuranje, frezanje) preko zatravljivanja i kosidbe. Isto tako prikazani i objašnjene su mogućnosti iskorištenja međurednog prostora u svrhu zelene gnojidbe, leguminoznim i neleguminoznim usjevima, kao i uzgoj medonosnog bilja u svrhu proizvodnje pčelinjih proizvoda kao izvora dodatne zarade. Kao recentniji način objašnjen je i pojam agrošumarstva, odnosno uzgoja ratarskih usjeva, odnosno implementacije plodoreda u nasade drvenastih kultura. Zaključno, predočeni su razni načini gospodarenja tim prostorom gdje je moguć izvor dodatne zarade i profita.
Abstract (english)
In this review paper, domestic and international scientific literature on organic fruit growing has been collected and processed. The methods and possibilities of using and managing the row space in such perennial plantations are presented and are possible in conventional cultivation methods. The possibilities range from mechanical interventions, such as soil tillage (plowing, disking, cultivation) to grassing and haymaking. The possibilities of utilization of row space for the purposes of green fertilization, leguminous and non-leguminous crops, as well as the cultivation of honey plants for the production of bee products as a source of additional income are also presented and explained. The notion of agroforestry, ie the cultivation of arable crops, or the implementation of crop rotationin plantations of woody crops, has been explained as a more recent way. In conclusion, various ways of managing row space are presented, where a source of additional profit and profit is possible.
