Abstract
Cilj rada je opisati agrotehniku proizvodnje te izračunati rezultate proizvodnje lucerne od godine zasnivanja 2018. na OPG-u Vučković gdje je lucerna zasijana na 40 ha obradive površine. Istraţivanje provedeno na OPG-u većina primjenjenih elemenata agrotehnike u proizvodnji lucerne bila je u skladu s pravilima struke. Lucerna je najraširenija krmna kultura i u Republici Hrvatskoj, čemu svjedoči podatak da se sije na pribliţno 57.000 hektara. Kako bi se postigao optimalan prinos nuţno je poduzeti odgovarajuće agrotehničke mjere u odgovarajuće vrijeme. Lucerna se najčešće koristi košenjem, a najbolje ju je kositi od faze pupanja do faze početka cvatnje kako bi se postigla najbolja kombinacija optimalnog prinosa i kvalitete krme. Na OPG-u Vučković tijekom 2018. godine u proizvodnji lucerne ostvaren je pozitivan financijski rezultat tj. dobit. Na površini od 40 hektara troškovi proizvodnje iznosili su 156.000 kuna, dok je prihod bio 268.000 kn te je utvrĎen financijski rezultat od 112.000 kn. Koeficijent ekonomičnosti je iznosio 1,7, a stopa rentabilnosti 71,79%.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper is to describe the agricultural production technique and to calculate the results of production of alfalfa from the year of foundation in 2018 at OPG Vučković, where alfalfa is sown on 40 ha of arable land. The research conducted at the OPG most of the applied elements of agrotechnics in the production of alfalfa was in accordance with the rules of the profession. Alfalfa is the most widespread forage crop in the Republic of Croatia, as evidenced by the fact that it is sown on approximately 57,000 hectares. In order to achieve optimum yield, it is necessary to take appropriate agro-technical measures at the appropriate time. Alfalfa is most commonly used for mowing, and it is best to mow it from the bud stage to the start of flowering to achieve the best combination of optimum yield and forage quality. OPG Vučković achieved a positive financial result, ie profit, in the production of alfalfa in 2018. On an area of 40 hectares, production costs amounted to HRK 156,000, while revenue was HRK 268,000 and a financial result of HRK 112,000 was determined. The coefficient of economy was 1.7 and the rate of return was 71.79%.
