Abstract
Vinova loza je vrlo važna grana poljoprivrede u Zadarskoj županiji. Od iznimne je važnosti provoditi sve ampelotehničke zahvate na vinovoj lozi kako bi imali uspješnu proizvodnju. Budući da vinovu lozu napada veliki broj štetnika i bolesti, među važnijim ampelotehničkim zahvatima je i zaštita od štetočinja. Ovaj rad posebnu važnost pridaje američkom cvrčku (Scaphoideus titanus Ball.) kao štetniku koji predstavlja veliki problem jer prenosi fitoplazmu zlatne žutice (Flavescence dorée). Kako bi zaštitili vinovu lozu potrebno je provoditi mjere suzbijanja vektora. Kao izravna mjera zaštite od američkog cvrčka primjenjuje se kemijsko tretiranje vinove loze. Cilj ovog rada jest istražiti prisutnost američkog cvrčka na području Baštice te ukoliko se uoči prisutnost utvrditi kako pojedina korištena sredstva djeluju na smanjenje populacije štetnika. Kao sredstvo praćenja korištene su žute ploče. Pokus je bio postavljen u tri varijante. Svaka varijanta pokusa je bila zastupljena po 20 redova. Pokus je obavljen tako da su postavljene po tri žute ploče po svakoj varijanti unutar reda u vinogradu. Prva varijanta bila je kontrola, druga varijanta bila je tretman sredstvom Actara i treća varijanta bila je tretman sredstvom Movento. Na temelju ovog istraživanja nije utvrđena prisutnost američkog cvrčka na lokalitetu Baštica te se nije mogla utvrditi učinkovitost pojedine mjere zaštite. Potrebno je kontinuirano ponavljati istraživanje.
Abstract (english)
The vine is a very important branch of agriculture in Zadar County. It is of the utmost importance to carry out all ampelotechnical interventions on the vine in order to have a successful production. As grapevine is attacked by a large number of pests and diseases, pest protection is one of the most important ampelotechnical interventions. This paper attaches particular importance to the Scaphoideus titanus Ball as a pest, which represents a major problem because it transmits phytoplasma of golden jaundice (Flavescence dorée). In order to protect the vine, vector suppression measures should be implemented. Chemical treatment of grapevines is used as a direct measure of protection against S. titanus. The aim of this paper is to investigate the presence of the S. titanus in the Baštica area, and if the presence of individual agents used to reduce the pest population is observed. Yellow panels were used as the monitoring tool. The experiment was set up in three variants. Each trial variant was represented by 20 rows. The experiment was performed by placing three yellow panels per each variant within the row in the vineyard. The first variant was control, the second variant was treatment with Actara and the third variant was treatment with Movento. Based on this research, the presence of the S. titanus at the Baštica site was not determined and the effectiveness of the particular protection measure could not be determined. It is necessary to continually repeat the research.
