Abstract
U ovom radu prikazati ću koji su benefiti miskantusa i enzima Axiase, MethaPlus u proizvodnji bioplina. Enzim Axiase sadrži enzime koji razgrađuju pektine, beta-glukane, pentozane, hemicelulozu i celulozu. MethaPlus je složena enzimska smjesa dobivena fermentacijom određenih vrsta Trichoderma reesei. Glavne enzimske aktivnosti MethaPlus su celuloza, ksilanaza i beta-glukanaza. Te prednosti kod korištenja miskantusa kao supstrata umjesto kukuruzne silaže. I same prednosti miskantus kao supstrata za proizvodnju bioplina. Proces proizvodnje bioplina u stacionarnim digestorima koji su se koristili u ovom istraživanju trajao je 35 dana. Te nakon 35. dana prestaje s proizvodnjom bioplina. U kontrolnoj grupi korištena je samo goveđa gnojovka, dok je u eksperimentalnoj dodavan miskantus. Te još dva uzorka s enzimima, 60 mg enzim Axiase dodan je dodatno. I u drugi uzorak je dodavano 120 mg MethaPlusa. Te nakon proizvodnog procesa proizvedena su mjerenja količine organske tvari, suhe tvari i visina pH koji su isto izmjereni prije početka procesa. I još su provedena mjerenja kvantitete i kvalitete proizvedenog bioplina. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata utvrđeno je da iz jedne tone miskantusa uz dodatak enzimima Axiase moguće proizvesti 146,47 m3 bioplina, što predstavlja 11,33 % više u odnosu na miskantus bez dodataka enzima, a za čak 19,48 % više u odnosu na eksperimentalnu grupu uz dodatak enzima MethaPlus.
Abstract (english)
In this paper I will show what are the benifits of miscanthus, Axiase and MethaPlus enzyme in biogas production. Axiase enzyme contains enzymes that break down pectins, beta-glucans, pentosans, hemicellulose and cellulose. MethaPlus is a complex enzyme mixture obtained by fermentation of certain Trichoderma reesei species. The main enzymatic activities of MethaPlus are cellulase, xylanase and beta-glucanase. These are the advantages of using miscanthus as a substitute for corn silage. The very benefits of miscanthus as a substrate for biogas production. The process of biogas production in the stationary digestories used in this research took 35 days. And after the 35th day it ceases to produce biogas. Only bovine slurry was used in the control group, whereas in the experimental group, miscanthus was added. To two more enzyme samples, 60 mg of Axiase enzyme was added added. In another sample, 120 mg of MethaPlus was added. After the production process, measurements were made of the amount of organic matter, dry matter and pH, which were also measured before the start of the process. Quantity and quality measurements of biogas produced have been carried out. Based on the obtained results, it was determined that 146.47 m3 of biogas can be produced from one tonne of miscanthus with the addition of Axiase enzymes, which is 11.33% more than miscanthus without enzyme supplement and as much as 19.48% more than experimental group with the addition of the MethaPlus enzyme.
