Abstract
Jabuka ili „kraljica voća“ najzastupljenija je namirnica na poljoprivrednim površinama koja dozrijeva većim dijelom godine. Na svjetskom tržištu je poznato preko 10 000 sorti. Na našem području uzgaja se njih nekoliko, a najpoznatije su Idared, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Gala i druge. Cilj ovoga rada bio je prikazati plasman jabuka na tržište u Republici Hrvatskoj te posrednike u opskrbnom lancu. Opskrba jabuka na hrvatskom tržištu odvija se na dva načina: izravnim i neizravnim distribucijskim kanalima. Izbor kanala ovisi o izboru proizvođača i količinama ubranih jabuka. U radu su istaknuti neki od hrvatskih proizvođača koji svoje jabuke plasiraju na tržište kao što su npr. Moslavina voće d.o.o, Borinci te eko proizvođači jabuka. Prilikom izrade rada utvrđeni su nedostatci i prednosti koji utječu na učinkovitost lana.
Abstract (english)
Apple or the "queen of fruit" is the most common food on agricultural land that ripens for most of the year. There are over 10,000 varieties known worldwide. Several of them are grown in our area, the most famous being Idared, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Gala and others. The aim of this paper was to show the marketing of apples in the Republic of Croatia and the intermediaries in the supply chain. There are two ways of supplying apples to the Croatian market: direct and indirect distribution channels. The choice of the channel depends on the choice of producers and the quantities of harvested apples. The paper highlights some of the Croatian producers who market their apples, such as, for example, Moslavina voce doo, Borinci, and eco apple producers. The disadvantages and advantages that affect the efficiency of the structural chain are identified in this research paper.
