Abstract
U radu je analizirana hrvatska proizvodnja i vanjsko-trgovinski promet češnjaka za razdoblje od 2003. godine do 2010. godine. Najveća proizvodnja češnjaka bila je u 2003. godini na 2.547 ha. s prosječnim prinosom od 3 - 5 t/ha. Sakupljanjem i proučavanjem brojnih literaturnih podataka i rezultata različitih istraživanja tijekom izrade ovog rada, dolazi se do spoznaje kako se korištenjem kvalitetnog, zdravog i krupnog sadnog materijala može očekivati visoki prinos, ali i prihodi. OPG Radat vlastitom proizvodnjom domaćeg češnjaka planira rast proizvodnje, a samim time i rast prihoda što će im omogućiti proširenje postojećeg zemljišta i modernizaciju opreme. Proizvodnja češnjaka opisana ovim poslovnim planom je kompetitivna i održiva. Štoviše, zadovoljava egzistencijalne potrebe obitelji u potpunosti.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyze croatian production and foreign trade of garlic in the period from 2003. to 2010. The results show that the biggest production of garlic was in 2003 to 2,547 hectares with an average yield of 3-5 t/ha. With collecting and studying the numerous literature data and results from different studies during the preparation of this paper, it has been realized that the use of high-quality, healthy and large seedlings can expect a high yield and income. Family farm Radat plans with own production of domestic garlic to increase production and thus revenue growth, which will allow them an extension of the existing land and equipment modernization. Garlic production described in this business plan is competitive and sustainable. Moreover, satisfies existence of this family in full.
