Abstract
Istraţivanjem su prikupljeni podaci tehničko tehnoloških uvjeta intenzivnog tova junadi na gospodarstvu Simental Commerce d.o.o. u 2020 godini. Napravljenom obračunskom kalkulacijom i prikazanim ekonomsko financijskim pokazateljima gospodarstvo je poslovalo s gubitkom zbog niske trţišne cijene otkupa goveĎeg mesa. Gospodarstvo Simental Commerce d.o.o. ove godine nije ostvarilo dobit, nego posluje s minusom od -99,312,00 kn te nije rentabilno ni ekonomično u 2020. Uz intenzivnu proizvodnju tovne junadi i smanjene troškove na minimum ipak otkupna cijena nije zadovoljavajuća nego je niska što dovodi do gubitka u poslovanju, meĎutim, daljnjim radom i ulaganjem u obradivu zemlju te obnovljive izvore energije nastojat će se smanjiti troškovi i povećavati kapacitet ţivotinja u svojim štalama kako bi se nagodinu pokušalo ponovno ostvariti profit što ovisi o stanju na trţištu i otkupnim cijenama goveĎeg mesa.
Abstract (english)
In this paper collects data about the technical and technological conditions of intensive fattening of cattle on the farm Simental Commerce d.o.o. in year 2020. With given calculations and shown economic and financial indicators, the economy was operating with a loss due to the low market purchase price of beef. The farm Simental Commerce d.o.o. this year it did not generate profit , but operates with a deficit of HRK -99,312.00 and is not profitable or economical in 2020. With intensive production of fattening cattle and reduced costs to a minimum, the purchase price is not satisfactory but low, which leads to business losses, however, by further work and investment in arable land and renewable energy sources, efforts will be made to reduce costs and increase the capacity of animals in their stables in order to try to make a profit again, depending on the market situation and purchase prices of beef.
