Abstract
Proizvodnja mlijeka je djelatnost koja zahtjeva poznavanje tehničko-tehnoloških činitelja, koji su uvjet i pretpostavka ekonomske uspješnosti proizvodnje. Poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Cerančević posjeduje dvije staje kapaciteta proizvodnje od 20 muznih krava i 43 ha oraničnih površina na kojima proizvodi stočnu hranu. OPG je u vlasništvu gospodina Ivice Cerančevića, smješteno oko 10-ak kilometara od grada Vinkovaca u mjestu Ivankovo. Hranidba, tehnologija, mehanizacija, smještaj te postotak pojave bolesti važni su čimbenici u proizvodnji mlijeka. Prosječna mjesečna količina mlijeka na OPG-u Cerančević se kreće od 4000-5000 l. Svo proizvedeno mlijeko OPG predaje Dukatu.
Abstract (english)
Milk production is an activity that requires knowledge of technical and technological factors, which are a condition and prerequisite for economic success of production. The Cerančević farm has two stables with a production capacity of 20 dairy cows and 43 ha of arable land on which it produces fodder. The family farm is owned by Mr. Ivica Cerančević, located about 10 km s from the town of Vinkovci in Ivankovo. Nutrition, technology, mechanization, accommodation and the percentage of disease occurrence are important factors in milk production. The average monthly amount of milk on the Cerančević family farm ranges from 4000-5000 l. The family produces all the milk produced by Dukat.
