Abstract
Istraživanje je provedeno 2019. godine na pokušalištu Mandićevac, vinogorje Đakovo. Pokus se sastojao od 30 trsova na podlozi SO4, te 30 trsova na podlozi Kober 5BB. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj različitih podloga (SO4, Kober 5BB) na kvalitetu mošta kultivara Frankovka. Parametri koje smo proučavali su sadržaj šećera, ukupna kiselost te pH vrijednost mošta. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti da podloge imaju statistički značajan utjecaj na ukupnu kiselost i pH vrijednost mošta, dok na sadržaj šećera nemaju značajan utjecaj. Budući da se radi o jednogodišnjem istraživanju, ostvareni rezultat ne mora predstavljati konačan zaključak, te za detaljniju i precizniju procjenu učinka podloga na kakvoću mošta treba provesti višegodišnja istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
Research was conducted in 2019. on location Mandićevac, Đakovo vineyards. The experiment was conducted on 30 samples with rootstock SO4 and 30 samples with rootstock Kober 5BB. The purpose of this research was to establish the influence of different rootstocks (SO4, Kober 5BB) on the quality parameters of the grape variety Blaufraenkisch. Parameters that we investigated are total sugar, total acidity and pH value. Based on obtained results, it can be concluded that the rootstock has a significant effect on the total acidity and pH value of the must, while the rootstocks did not have a significant effect on amount of total sugar. Since this is a one-year research, the result does not have to be a definitive conclusion, because for a more detailed and more accurate assessment of effect of the rootstock on the quality parameters of the grape, several years of research on several locations should be carried out.
