Abstract
Od davnih vremena ljudi u prirodi pronalaze lijekove za ublažavanje ili rješavanje određenih zdravstvenih tegoba. Tradicija tisućljetne uporabe ljekovitog bilja bilježi se u medicini koja obuhvaća farmakologiju, farmakognoziju i farmako-antologiju. U okviru narodne medicine ljekovite biljke, među kojima su i one iz porodice Rosaceae, upotrebljavaju se u raznim pripravcima i oblicima. Najznačajnije vrste ove porodice koje susrećemo na području Republike Hrvatske su: Crataegus monogyna Jacq., Cydonia oblonga Mill., Filipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim, Rosa canina L. i Potentilla erecta (L.) Raeuschel. Cilj ovog rada je opisati morfologiju, ljekovita svojstva te rasprostranjenost spomenutih biljaka.
Abstract (english)
From time immemorial, people have found medicines in nature to alleviate or solve certain health problems. The tradition of millennial use of medicinal herbs is recorded in medicine, which includes pharmacology, pharmacognosy, pharmaco anthology. Within folk medicine, medicinal plants, including those from the Rosaceae family, are used in various preparations and forms. The most important species of that family that we encounter in the Republic of Croatia are: Crataegus monogyna Jacq., Cydonia oblonga Mill., Filipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim, Rosa canina L. and Potentilla erecta (L.) Raeuschel. The aim of this paper is to describe the morphology, medicinal properties and distribution of the mentioned plants.
