Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada objašnjene su vrste korozije, njihov nastanak te moguće metode kojima se zaštićuju površine od korozije. Središnji dio rada je analiza postupka površinske zaštite dijelova žitnog kombajna u tvrtki “Same Deutz-Fahr Žetelice” Županja pomoću kataforeznog bojanja. Kataforeza je postupak kojim se, djelovanjem magnetskog polja, bojaju metali. Cijeli proces se svodi na prisustvo pozitivno i negativno nabijenih čestica. Kataforezno bojanje se obavlja u otopinama boja i lakova, pri čemu je voda suprotnog naboja od pigmenata. Djelovanjem električnog polja, boja se nanosi na metalne dijelove, pri čemu se čestice boje usmjeravaju prema predmetu bojanja, a voda odlazi u suprotnom smjeru. Ovakva zaštita dijelova žitnog kombajna i ostalih dijelova poljoprivrednih strojeva je odlična jer osigurava optimalnu zaštitu dijelova stroja. Cijeli postupak kataforeze je veoma brz, siguran, automatiziran i ekološki prihvatljiv zbog otpadnih voda koje se odmah nakon zadnjeg koraka bojanja posebnim pumpama odvode do dijela pogona u kome se prerađuju u deminiraliziranu vodu, koja se kasnije ponovo koristi u postupku bojanja.
Abstract (english)
The first part of the work explains the types of corrosion, their occurrence and possible methods that protect surfaces from corrosion. The central part of the paper is the analysis of the procedure of surface protection of parts of a grain harvester in the company "Same Deutz-Fahr Reapers" Županja using cataphoretic painting. Cataphoresis is a process by which metals are painted by the action of a magnetic field. The whole process comes down to the presence of positively and negatively charged particles. Cataphoretic painting is performed in solutions of paints and varnishes, where the water is of the opposite charge of pigments. By the action of an electric field, the paint is applied to the metal parts, whereby the paint particles are directed towards the object to be painted, and the water goes in the opposite direction. This protection of combine harvester parts and other parts of agricultural machinery is excellent because it ensures optimal protection of machine parts. The whole cataphoresis process is very fast, safe, automated and environmentally friendly due to wastewater which is immediately pumped by special pumps to the part of the plant where it is processed into demineralized water, which is later reused in the painting process.
